Maybe it's just me but I can't see it on there? The offers section of their website was the first place I checked but it still just has the buy 1 get 2 free offer and an ad for 'colour sustain'.

I've just bought a heat protection spray for £20 and got the shampoo and conditioner free as well as free delivery.

I live a 3 min walk away from John Lewis, YAY! I have just been online to Ojon's live chat and they confirmed all you need is one empty bottle of any brand and they will give you a shampoo AND conditioner

Hi All,

It may be worth trying the low tech approach by 'phoning your local store. I discovered that my local JL wasn't coming up as an event participant on the Ojon website, but I phoned my local JL to check and they confirmed they are taking part in the Ojon exchange event.

My free shampoo and conditioner just turned up, less than 48 hrs since I ordered online. Really pleased, as although I had to buy an item from the site this has worked out more cost and time effective for me. My nearest stockist is Solihull, which would take about an hours drive through rush hour traffic!
