Went to JL in Exeter at 10am (curse my 9am meeting!), not delivered yet so left my name and number. Just got a call saying demand had exceeded supply and they could not get more stock. Very kindly, though, they have put together a goodie bag complete with two vouchers for their coffee shop which I thought was a very nice gesture.

Quinceybelle I was at JL in Exeter about 9.05,leftnameand no,have just been called to advise that there was not enough to go round!
Explained the above and they said they would look into it but if they've gone,then they've gone!:(

How strange : s I really didn't expect to get the bottles so this was a pleasant surprise for me but I don't see how you didn't get a bottle if you were there so early unless they were taking names the day before, which I don't think they were meant to do?

I have justed received a call from JL and they have put a bottle of shampoo and conditioner 'by' for me.

I was at Exeter JL too but at 10.45am took my name and contact no,then went back home on the bus,they rang after 5pm to say supply was high in demand and that I would be getting a sample bag with voucher for free Coffee and Tea to use in their cafe nice of them,going tomorrow to collect it.Got one for my Mum too.

I missed out unfortunately. Got to house of fraser in Monument around 12 and they had ran out. Got 2 small sample instead though.
