just call your supplier and ask for an exchangeDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

If they're coming soon to fit smart meters in all our homes it may be better waiting and getting a new meter free.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

British Gas are coming up to the third year of fitting smart meters in my area, (s.yorks ) so far not one prepay has been exchanged or used for smart metering. My guess is that they will be the last to switched. If they're coming soon to fit smart meters in all our homes it may be better waiting and getting a new meter free.0 -

I note the Moneysupermarket item is very recent (dated 27 Sept 2012) and may not be effective until 01-Nov-2012, when the Ofgem rules apply.
It also, as you say, states there is no charge to pay on that Eon link.

By the file name, that appears to be from June 2012, so perhaps it was a very recent change and they've not updated that booklet yet?0 -
