Orange Cancelation Refused
Hi all
Basically i order an iPhone 5 online via the orange website. Been 20+ days now and still not delivered. Tried to cancel my order today but they refused. Told me i had to wait for the delivery then to refuse it, then wait a week till it get back to orange. Then in time they will contact me to ask if i want it redelivered then if i say no it will be 6 working days after that phone call. I asked to speak to his supervisor he said no. Wouldn't give me any of there contact details or nothing but could arrange a call back within the next 24 hours but cannot specify a time or if i would actually happen. Then hung up. Is there anything i can do to get this sorted this side of xmas. Any advice would be fantastic.

Sounds like you spoke to the same "customer services advisor" as my son! Particularly rude and belittling in his response to request for advice..patronising to say the least. My son is writing a formal complaint to Orange. Fortunately he got the guys name etc. this guy hung up on him too!
Left it a few minutes rang back again, different advisor all sorted in 3 minutes.I USED TO BE INDECISIVE BUT NOW I'M NOT SO SURE!
