Have you got messenger plus installed?My daughter kept getting these cid pop-ups and I tried everything to get rid of them and nothing worked.Eventually I found out that its to do with installing messenger plus.When its installed it gives you the option to install with sponsers.If you click with sponsers or don't click any options it installs these very annoying pop-ups.If messenger plus is installed go to add,remove progroms and click on messenger plus,it should give you the option of uninstalling the sponsers.0

Fantastic. Installing the Prevx prog last night stopped the pop ups but I just had a look at mesenger plus and saw there was an option to remove the sponsor, CiD...it has now gone completly. Thanks everyone. 0
