Phone call from Chris this morning said they got an email, from Royal Mail my glasses were being sent back to them as could not deliver to me no reason given.When they receive glasses back will send them out to me special delivery seems peculiar way for royal mail to behave, will just have to wait and see what happens next if anything.will keep you posted

I've used Ciliary Blue for glasses and sunglasses and been very satisfied with the service. I suspect Royal Mail are at fault in your case Excavator8 (eg not leaving a "we tried to deliver but you were out" card) - hope you get your glasses soon!0
