mobiles.co.uk - worst customer service ever?!

I made two orders at the end of July. In mid-August they emailed me asking to call them on an 0871 number. I was out of the country so emailed back to contact me at the end of the month.

They obviously didn't. So I got in touch and provided all the information they asked for. I still didn't get my packages.

I have emailed back dozens of times since. Every time they say they have received my email and I have to wait. Then they email to ask what the issue is. Then I have to explain all over again that I'm still waiting for an order since July. They then say - wait some days while we look into it. Then they email back asking what the issue is and for me to call in again to explain.

We've been though several cycles of this - with me emailing to explain, giving them details before they start again and ask what the issue is and I have to email and explain again. It's been going on for almost 3 months now. And still nobody has made an attempt to look into my actual order numbers or where my products are.

I'm at my wit's end. Are they always this bad? What else can I do?!

    Normally they will ask you to call them if there is a problem with credit check or some details about your order are wrong. And that they normally would attempt a day or two after the hitch in the order - if you were on holiday, they may have tried to get in touch then.

    If you have had no confirmation of order going through and being dispatched - then the orders would not have gone through and you won't get nothing.

    If you want to contact them - try the phone number - its 087* number, you can use find 01 number alternative on saynoto0870.com.

    There is no alternative on noto0870. I've emailed over and over again and they haven't mentioned anything about the credit check (even though my order had all the details). I've also asked for a proper phone number. I'm not calling an 0871 number again for a £10 order but they are either clearly making zero effort to sort this out (I definitely didn't get any calls while away), they haven't been straight with me and I'm starting to think they are purposely giving me the run around.

    In that case try using Weq4u http://www.weq4u.co.uk/
    Same principle as saynoto0870.

    0121 667 5969 is the number to use - dial that and then the 08 number.

    Edit - saynoto0870 does have an alternative - its 01509 618770 for 0871 220 3581

    Thanks. The noto0870 number wasn't working last I checked, I'm sure. Getting really fed up as last two emails back from there were worse than usual. Still no mention whatsoever of my actual query, just automated replies one about a cashback claim (I don't have a cashback claim) and one about delivery tracking (it hasn't been dispatched yet so no chance of that).

    It's been 3 months now so hopefully I have better luck on the phone.
