Hi everyone looked all over for some coffee pods holders and the one at argos is the cheapest at £6.99, they are great.

they had the same one in currys, but just in a different box priced at £19.99.

I would love one of these but I am not a coffee drinker so would only be using it for tea and the odd hot chocolate! So I cant really justify the money for the machine plus all the pods...Can I?!

Picked mine up today and am pleased with it - tried a carte noir latte and a suchard hot chocolate both were yummy, but I was a bit confused at only getting half a cup of hot chocolate - I would have thought the fact that you have to use a large cup you would get a full cuopa.

Shame that we don't get the XL varieties or the 3 cup varieties of coffee that they make for the tassimo in Germany....

Still, very happy with my purchase. Thanks OP!

I was surprised how the milk is packed in liquid form.
It's exciting opening the packs for the first time, very nice n cleverly packed

It's great how automated it is, measuring the water and frothing etc. at certain intervals.

The Cadbury's Choc is very nice.

Noire latte milder than DG Latte.
Might try the Costa (+ perhaps Jacobs) latte to compare.

The Cadbury's choc comes with a milk disc whereas the Suchard doesn't. (8 drinks v 16 drinks) Cup sizes are M v L so guess that's why.

Don't know if there is an advantage in buying tea drinks over just a normal i.e. Earl Grey teabag.

I can't wait for my order from the Tassimo online store to arrive now- I am just loving this machine. I find every time I go on the PC I do a quick search to see if anyone is selling cheaper pods...

The tea comes out at perfect strength and perfect drinking temperature - bliss when the kids don't give you more than 2 minutes peace! :D
