Hmm from past experience i've had a load of troubles with them, they made various breaches of the Disability Discrimination Act & in the end I got unions involved but everything seems to always get swept under the carpet...figures huh! the funny thing is they can't retire me on Ill health grounds now...but they are terminating my employment on capability grounds mad!!!!, still bright side suppose had a fair few years service in the NHS & if i'd have been finished the OR had probably got his hands on the pension anyhow...at least this way I leave with pension frozen & a glowing reference they tell me HA!!
Sorry Rant over
Thanks for the brandy really hit the spot)
