I think I'll give that a go; I've got enough nicotine patches, gum, stop smoking books, CD's, hypnosis courses, to start a "Stop Smoking Shop".

Definitely worth doing.
I used the patches. You are meant to use each size for 4 weeks, but that is just a way for the makers to earn more from you it seems. One week on each size did the trick for me.

If you have one just think about how you'll feel afterwards? Happy, relieved etc or annoyed that you've slipped up ..
And they don't taste half as good when your taking champix so even that "enjoyment" isn't there!
