    Happy birthday, dalip. I won't be here much today to join in the celebrations - I've got loads of study to do, & if I'm within reach of the internet, I'll end up on here far too much. I hope you enjoy lots of birthday :bdaycake:. Have a _party_ and a :dance: :dance:, even if you have to do it by yourself. :D

    Definitely worth doing. :)

    I used the patches. You are meant to use each size for 4 weeks, but that is just a way for the makers to earn more from you it seems. One week on each size did the trick for me.
