    Hi Red,

Pretty much the same really, slow progress, new job but it keeps me off line. I'm on holiday for a week so thought I'd call in for a drink.

    How's things with you?

Oh Tiger, don't worry about that! They are more interested in holes in walls, kicks on doors, poo on floor (and I am not jesting here....) as they want to see how you are going to treat their property. It will be AOK. Just look forward to Monday:T

I too had a visit this week, but from a surveyor - huge local investment program for the council stock here, which means new bathroom/kitchen/boiler etc and I am most grateful. BUT its half term with 4 kids at home and I hadn't bothered to do any cleaning all week including the washing up from the night before, let alone the breakfast stuff. And he took photos of everything..... (thank god the dirty pants were going round the washing machine :rotfl:)

Thanks Skylight for that. She was asking alsorts of questions about drugs and criminal convictions, my health etc. It was very in depth and felt a bit intrusive but I could see where she was coming from. She also visited the neighbour upstairs today as well and she has 2 doors off and holes and alsorts because of her son and her partner is in prison as well. Spoke to her upstairs afterwards and apparantly she was very snotty about it all to her. But neighbour has said she will appeal if she is turned down.
