    Hi Dave,

Think it's going to be a long drawn out process, taking each day as it comes. How's the house move progressing?

    How come tiger, whats happened?

Well we had a big tidy up and de-clutter and everything looked nice. Then she announced that she needed to look around the flat. Unfortunatly we had put most of the de-cluttering in our bedroom and closed the door on it. She could see the other rooms were nicely kept but she wasn't to impressed with the bedroom  . Was not expecting the inspection at all as they are not our HA. It was bad enough that we had to show her pay slips, bank statements, benefit awards, savings accounts and ISA's etc.

Oh! well we will know whether we have it by 2.00 on Monday, shall spend the whole weekend worrying.

The move is going ok. im moving all furniture in over the weekend, sorted out the utilities and cleaned new place today..smell like i've been bathing in bleach now.

gonna have a busy old day tomorrow but looking forward to staying there for first night.

    Hi Red,

Pretty much the same really, slow progress, new job but it keeps me off line. I'm on holiday for a week so thought I'd call in for a drink.

    How's things with you?

im sure it will all go well tiger..just relax over the weekend..worrying will not make the decision for them..easier said than done but please try.

    Good luck for monday!.

Oh Tiger, don't worry about that! They are more interested in holes in walls, kicks on doors, poo on floor (and I am not jesting here....) as they want to see how you are going to treat their property. It will be AOK. Just look forward to Monday:T

I too had a visit this week, but from a surveyor - huge local investment program for the council stock here, which means new bathroom/kitchen/boiler etc and I am most grateful. BUT its half term with 4 kids at home and I hadn't bothered to do any cleaning all week including the washing up from the night before, let alone the breakfast stuff. And he took photos of everything..... (thank god the dirty pants were going round the washing machine :rotfl:)
