i think therefore even if ref's and checks not perfect then the 6months rent sill sway it for you...i am keeping my fingers crossed for you..

Not sure as have to fax bank refs on tuesday...will try & sway as work there!! however concerned re OH cr ref....as Scarlett diary...I am doing this b4 things get too bad!!!
Want rental then make decision re personal BR...concluded that this seems best route forward. Do u agree?

Yep for sure....at the end of it all, you need a roof over your head so if that means delaying and running up the other debts etc then so be it to get fees.
So i think once you have rental and OH BR. then decision can be made for you if needed. BSC MEMBER NO. 125:D
