    you just need to de head them hun and leave them.

    Almost gis,

    Unfortunately, to ensure they're vibrant next year you have to let the goodness from the leaves absorb into the bulbs which means they'll look untidy for the next 4-6 weeks. When the leaves start to die and fo brown then you can cut them back.I used to have a great Aunt that platted the leaves just to tidy them up, and it does improve the look of them.
