  • I would add nfaceclearance.com to this... haven't shopped there but some aspects seemed decidedly dodgy... vague contact details and stilted English in parts, even though the page looks legit with images lifted from North Face (!) hmm..

    Thanks for the tip off. North Face is widely available at Bicester Village - youll get good prices there and the genuine thing.

    Just a word of warning, do NOT use North Face UK Outlet Online http://www.northfaceukonline.co.uk/

    It's appears to be UK facing website but the goods are counterfeit and dispatched from China.

    I ordered my husband a North Face body warmer and it arrived today and it is clearly a fake. The payment on my credit card shows as going to China.

    Have raised a dispute via my credit card company for goods not as described but not sure if it's possible to get any money back.

    Just a warning to other users!

    Did you get anything back regarding this from your credit card?

    In case anyone's interested, I managed to get the money back for this via my credit card. I am with M&S Money and to be fair they were brilliant. I put in the claim and they sent me the necessary forms. The only slightly difficult bit was getting a letter of genuine authority which has to come from a North Face shop or a North Face stockist. Luckily I have a friend who works for John Lewis and he very kindly provided the necessary paperwork.

    Really impressed with credit card company for sorting it out and providing the refund as it wasn't their fault the goods were fake. I have since bought a genuine North Face bodywarmer from a UK shop and passed the fake bodywarmer onto my brother in law who is delighted with it and wears it in the garden :)
  • hi i was nearly a victim of this fake site its running the name The North Face Sale uk i was searching for deals and came accross this site the email address is :eek: lookafterournhs.co.uk :cool: it looks really well put together with advertisments that are taken from official north face sites and used to con people any way hope this helps
  • I was just about to buy 3 jackets from this site
    uk-thenorthfaceoutlets.co.uk
    There was a box for promotional codes so I thought I'd have a quick look online to see if there were any codes and a warning about fake The North Face Sale sites caught my eye. I'm pretty certain this is one, they also applied a bulk order discount to my order which was strange as it hadn't been mentioned before, I also thought it was strange that everything I ordered was available in the sizes I wanted.
    I've just had another look at the site and from the wording on the "about us" section it couldn't be anything other than fake.
    Thank goodness I hadn't got as far as putting in my card details.
    It's the old if it seems to good to be true thing! Thank you to folk out there for highlighting this.
  • Hello all,

    just check any website's contact page and then go for purchase. If there is no information regarding address, phone numbers and E-mail, just ignore the website because you can't contact these types of seller without any contact and you always get troubled. So make sure before purchasing.
  • Hi: just chanced upon another website by the name

    ukoutdoorclothings.co.uk

    Wanted to know if anyone has used this site to purchase jackets since the contact us section has an email address which ends with gmail.com.

    Price looks good but the description language seems unusual.

    Please advise if it's worth risking a purchase from here as the price looks good.

    Thanks

    Only if there is a place called Oxford UK somewhere in China.

    No business address which is required by law, no telephone contact details, no company or VAT number and language that looks like it has been translated by a very poor online translation website.
    Now we offer return service within 7 days and quality warranty within 30 days. But my dear customers, you should pay the shipping fee from you to us, and the articles must keep the under the original packaging and sealed situation of plastics package.
    But in the following conditions, the customers cant enjoy the Return Policy.
    Products are stored open to the moist environment under the
    abnormal condition;
    Products are exposed to the too high or too low temperature condition;

    Not a chance in hell that you will get genuine North face goods, and only a slim chance that you will in fact get anything at all.
