I have found that the appliances are cheaper elsewhere... but not by much if you really haggle a LOT!

    Can be hard work tho...
I really wanted a Hotpoint Frost Free Fridge/Freezer but they don't do it integrated! :(
    The FF200T
The HME400N is ... but is not frost free. ... basically I like the wine rack in the Hotpoints fridge! lol

Howdens version is £1000 ... with the discount, I have managed to get it to £505 ... but I can't help thinking I can get a better appliance! But can't really see anything out there?

Anyone know what make is there 50/50 frost free f/f? APM6855
    147ltr fridge capacity & 67ltr freezer capacity

    Thanks!!!

also the extractor I have got down from £235 to £109.
This would be a Belling or something, right?

Is it worth getting a Bosch extractor for £20 more?

Well, my kitchen is being fitted on Thursday onwards and have just gone my joiner with recommendation Howdens. Sought advice from other folk who are totally happy. Yes, could have sourced stuff cheaper but I don't have the time. I have gone with their New Home double oven and hob. Not sure who the fridge freezer with. Keeping original washing machine and getting a new microwave (not built in) to use in a cupboard.

What he showed me re units very sturdy so happy to go with that. We are replacing a 36 year old kitchen so anything now a bonus!!!!!!

Oh yes, the quality of the units are undoubted! They are tops!
I just want the best deal possible!! And the key with Howdens is you have to negotiate... they dropped the quote £600 when I told them I was also speaking to Magnet (and showed them their quote).

I'm buying the kitchen now, and will need to source fitters next! lol (I have some people in mind - I work in the trade, but I am not a builder!)
