I had never before looked at the site until I saw it whilst reading over my wife's shoulder.
She was reading the piece about telling your phone company that you would leave, and then bargaining with them.
The next day I was looking for my mobile, and to my dismay I found it in the washing machine, completly useless. Faced with the purchase of a new phone, I decided to try this sites advice. I asked to get disconnected, and was put through to a " special" department who told me that I could have £10 a month knocked off my bill (dropping me to a princely £7 per month contract) I said that that was OK, but could I have a new phone as well, and they agreed and sent it the next morning!
So, an saving of £120 per year on the contract, and a new phone that does everything!!
Thnnks again Martin
