If you get tax credits you'll be entitled to an exemption certificate.
I get nothing. I work 16 hours at 6.19 an hour. Some weeks it's up to 20 hours. Because I earn so little, have no children and hubby only gets contribution jsa we get no benefits what so ever.
It was just a query because I read so many times on these forums there is help for the less well off.
No matter. I'll keep finding the money somewhere, not smoking or drinking helps and hell I could do with dieting0 -

In general dental hospital treatment is not the best choice for someone who is nervous as appointments are in an open plan room with all the sights and sounds that entails and take alot longer than normal dental visits as work has to be supervised and checked.
Not just the dental
All pediatric heart ops are being moved over as we'll
As it is for A +E most of us are looking a 40 min drive along B roads with more cuts ahead0 -
Suki have you filled out the hc1 from earlier link? You may well qualify for help with nhs optical and dental costs.0

Thankyou for answering my original question0 -
Oh well bang goes that line
Me mum lives with us
She only contributes to the electric and heating bills.
I could no more ask her about her income the I could think of flying to the moon
This is why when hubby doesn't be earning we get no benefits as She wouldn't voluntary disclose nor would we ask
Guess that stuffs us for saving the govt the cost of a care home lol0 -
I use bicarb of soda (smoker, red wine and coffee drinker), really works for me. I use a facecloth and bicarb weekly. Flossing is now minimal. Other that the advantage of whitening it works for me with the flossing as I also gag0

Wonderfully abrasive which as a red wine drinker you really need to avoid as like me you will soon be left with very little enamel, highly sensitive teeth and needing anaesthetic for most mundane treatment
But thank you for contributing0 -
At my age I think it will survive and my enamel is OK according to my dentist who recommended it0

Your dentist recommends that?
At my age I think I'll keep on trying to keep my teeth0 -

yep light brusing with bicarb was "prescribed". Given I have zero fillings, zero dental needs and a regular full bill of health it works for me. Plus I have none coffee stained teeth.
Maybe it depends on each individual or something.0
