Hi all

This isn't like me really but I am completely stuck for ideas and I'm SICK of beans for a minute as have had something bean related every day for about 9 days...gah!

I only have what is in, I cannot buy anything else (might able to spend maybe £2 for fresh veg from Aldi) and I don't get paid till the last working day...

Please help me with a plan, I'm stuck! I need ... *puts thinking cap on* ... 16 breakfasts, 15 lunches, and 14 dinners. (although if you assume as I've said below then roast veggies are 2 lunches and stir fry veg one dinner so only need 13 of each)

And I'm veggie if you didn't pick that up!
Other factors: I live in a shared house with 7 other people so the kitchen gets really crowded so I prefer to batch cook where possible so I can just nuke! I have one freezer drawer and one fridge shelf but a huge cupboard as you'll see! I also work long hours so don't like anything that takes ages!

Now, tomorrow's lunch is sorted - a sort of pea soup.
Other fresh stuff I have:

Bag of new potatoes
YS stir fry veggies(thinking tomorrow night as will need using)
2 white and 1 red onion
4 eggs
some grated mature cheddar
fake milk (but want this for my coffee!)
1 block feta
8 tea cakes I got for 20p YS which I'll freeze if I can squeeze in
1 tub sunflower spread

I have oil and seasonings. Oh and some roasted carrots, parsnipsand onions left over from tonight which I had with bread for tea - maybe 2 portions there so perhaps Tue and Wed lunch? I'm out Wed eve for tea, so it's from then on I guess!

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! Much appreciated... :D:D:D
