    not insurance fraud as no claim or insurance is involved.
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    yes but if they are never going to find out , why tell them. wait a tree scratched down my car in the lane as no third party dont bother.

    Doesnt legally change the position that you should tell them and that it is fraud not to.

    Fully accept the majority wont and the majority will get away with it

    different if someone else is involved, but if not pay it and move on they have not lost anything
