    It was intended purely as a heads up on their unusual conditions.

    The norm with insurers is that if you claim on the windscreen section it won't impact your ncd, and it is unusual for axa to operate the way they do!
  • Thanks all for the useful info, I've just logged on to ask what they they were like as I've just done the usual trawl of the comparison sites and swiftcover comes out on top price wise. - Although price isn't everything it does help if its on the lower side!
