Do you think Cats can be spiteful

Your post reminded me of something one of my cats did many moons ago. I don't drive so OH was always the one to pick the cats up from the vets, one of my cats was in getting neutered and he was sent to pick her up, later that night we were sitting watching the telly when I heard OH yelp, my lovely newly neutered cat had gone over to a pair of oh's shoes and pee'd in one of them. oh just stood there shouting to the cat that it was '' your mothers fault your not feeling good as it was her that arranged it all '' :rotfl::rotfl:, I couldn't stop laughing and the shoes went in the bin.0

I had one who would when annoyed with me for whatever reason, like if his dinner was a few minutes late for example
, get on the coffee table (they are not allowed on there, and actually mostly stay off it) then proceed to slowly and deliberately push things off the table one by one, whilst giving me *that* smug look Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -
Friend's cat hated her b/f and would pee in his shoes and even in his dishes (!!!!!) whenever my friend went away and left them together....0

Never heard of them being spiteful after the fact! I had poopy pawprints all over my bed and windowsill the other day. Lulu trod in her business and somehow transport it halfway round the flat .... She normally spends ages burying using the nearest substrate (more often air than litter) so when the windowsill stunk she tried to use the curtain to bury the poop!! :rotfl:
But not as bad as pee in your hair, that could be an adoptable offence.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

This is what my Hades does if something is in her way she'll just knock it off the side. If you tell her off she sits down next to something stares you straight in the eye and knocks it clean off the side

We needed to take Stupid to the vet
(He did have a real name but everyone just called him Stupid - he was smartest cat I have ever seen)
He had worked out how to liberate himself from the cat carrier and the bag carrier (bought for its claims of being invincible) and had escaped from them previously. To counteract his Houdini act you used to have to hold him in the car. On this occasion was my brother’s turn. As my brother and Stupid were the best of friends he took this rather personally.
He turned looked my brother steadily right in the eye and with studied precision and determination peed on him.
To add insult to injury he did it to him on the way home too.
I should mention - Stupid loved my brother totally. Every workday evening, for years, he would set off at the same time - cross three main roads (at the crossings!) and go into the centre of Woolwich London to the train station. Where he would patiently sit and wait for my brothers train to come in and walk him home. (well throw himself on the ground in front of him for fuss every few yards) used to take ages for my brother to get home. :rotfl:
He became a bit of a legend to the platform staff - they used to fuss him outragously brought him treats, toys and when the weather was bitter convinced him to go in their little room where they made him up a little bed on the window sill so he could see the platform. Please note I have a cognitive disability - as such my wording can be a bit off, muddled, misspelt or in some cases i can miss out some words totally...0 -
Oh yes, revenge is sweet!
When my mum visited us last time, she slept in the spare bedroom and shut the door for the night. This meant that Tiddles, who no doubt thinks it's HER room, could not get in there. On the following morning she had done a pee on the bathroom mat.
We learnt our lesson and everytime we have visitors, we stress that they need to leave the bedroom door open for the cat... :rotfl:0
