Junior ISA Question

Hi
Have a quick question about the Junior ISA account
I recently opened one for my child but I have never received anything in the post regarding the account being opened etc
I got given a print out in the bank with the sort code account number and terms etc but I was expecting to also receive something in the post just to confirm it
is this normal not to receive anything in the post regarding the Junior ISA account? or should I have received something by now its been a few weeks
Not had time to go into town as been travelling and only got back this week and went though my post and have nothing from the bank
