I believe it's out on Tuesday 16th October, any guesses as to what it may be?
Next years ISA allowance will be increased based on September CPI so it's worth knowing.

CPI rate announced at 2.2%
ISA uplift should be £248.16 (based on 2.2% increase on £11,280) BUT this is rounded up/down to the nearest multiple of 120, so the actual increase should be £240.
This means that the ISA allowance for tax year 2013/14 will be £11,520 of which £5,760 can be placed in a cash ISA.
The above assumes that Gideon Osborne doesn't change anything in upcoming budgets.0 -
It's probably even only 2.1%, unless it's a typo (source http://www3.hants.gov.uk/finance/retailpricesindexandconsumerpriceindex.htm) - though that should still result in a £240 increase to the S&S ISA allowance in 2013-14.
What's the odds on the September CPI number to end up the lowest in 2012? With energy prices hikes, and food prices constantly on the up, I can't see it sitting at such a low rate for long.0 -
It's all Fixed, they wanted to keep September figure as low as possible cause it affects a number of benefits not just ISA allowances.0

Naaah, every public or corperate organisation is squeaky clean, there would never be any wrongdoing or fix. This is the United Kingdom, not some third rate country ruled by a syphilitic maniac!
......
What do you mean - - - corrupt politicians, corrupt bankers, criminals running newspapers, racist footballers, police cover-ups - - - not in the United Kingdom, surely? Not in the last couple of years, surely?0 -
