I had a letter about the change in interest rate for the Advantage cash ISA - 3.00% to 2.75% so I decided to take their advice and ring to see if it is possible to move to another of their ISAs. What a frustrating experience.
Well, calling their number on different days, different times of day for 10 mins, 10 mins, 25 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, 45 mins and then 15 minutes on hold with nothing but the Avengers theme tune ringing in my ears and still no luck. Tried finding an email address (I know they say telephone and post only)- one I found (bank@mandsbank.com)gets bounced back.
Does anyone have any tips about how to get through?????

I considered moving my ISA to M&S back in March, thankfully I never if they are dropping the rate.0

If the rate you deposit money into an ISA was 3%, isn't M&S suppose to honour that rate even if the rate goes down?
I deposit money into a Santander ISA at Issue 9 3.3%, the rate dropped to 3%. On my Santander OnLine Banking, it shows the Issue 9. I assume I am getting the 3.3% rate.0 -

I've been trying to open an ISA with M&S, but the online form doesn't seem to work fro transferring money from another ISA. I've tried contacting the on the phone for the past 3 days - waited 1 hour before my phone battery ran out. Tried again for 20 minutes each time...still no luck! Infuriating!!0
