Did you inform Demon that you were moving before you actually moved?
If you had, they should have been able to do a 'reprovide' with BT.
Downtime for taking your same number is around 2 weeks, downtime for having a new number at the new address should be around a week.
There is a fee of around £53.
If you're only telling Demon now you've moved, maybe that's where the problem is.Dave. :wave:0
