I sent another email yesterday to the Guardian (thanks renegadia :T), Rachel Piggott and the ASA. The ASA replied asking for my phone number if they wanted me to look into it. Natalie Roper from the Guardian replied and said the following:-Hi ,
We're really sorry that you never received your programme. We seem to have had an error in our system, and you are not the first person to have had this problem.
We will send a programme out to you next week.
 Sincere apologies,
 Natalie
