Does anyone know if Access loans and mortgages is trading under a different name? Can I obtain archive files that they stored on me or have they disappeared from the face if the earth with all trace?.
How was they allowed to just vanish & not be held accountable or give information they hold? Or is it possible to access this in some way?
By the way forgot to say thanks for the replies and I do apologise if I'm ranting but since Saturday night I've not been able tks sleep very well insight of my Hand delivered Paragon letter, I must be so special to them to go out of their way to do this for me

You borrowed the money for what you thought was going to be a quick turnaround via property development. It didn't work that way and you couldn't keep up the huge commitment you made outside of your mortgage.

I've sar'd them anyway but guess I can just hope something on the file letters sent or phone calls may come up, do they record telephone calls? would there be recordings from 2004 when I initially complained? as the account is still effectively open. there would be something there and 2005 letter? that would bring light to something but guess its to long ago.of anything coming back in relation to account but will wait & hope I guess.

can they pursue give me a ccj after all this time now?, guess I may just have to give up the ghost but will wait & see what there info brings.
