I hope you find something! Have you thought about babysitting? I used to do it and earned £30 approx an evening! Most of the time the children were asleep so was a relaxing evening!

Well the last 2 day and night I have been planning and buying my weekly shop with also buying for stock! My budget for the month is £200 for food. It has come to £56.88 however I still need to buy some stuff at asda tonight!
I have managed to buy enough salmon and mince for once a week for the month. Plus cereal and vegetable to last a while. So hopefully cut the rest of the month down. I have also got a yummy week of meals
I am going to also cook puddings. I can't believe how much I have bought for under £60 pound! I have stocked up on household so I most proberly will not need to buy for the month.
I will be updating my grocery challenge!
When I went to the bank yesterday I found some money had gone out from a unknown source to me, found out what it was an was not impressed with OH! Im trying my hardest to get us out of debt but he is going around it the wrong way!
I will look again at the statements and decide how much he needs to add into the joint as I only have enough for direct debits not extras. I think he will have to add £100 as petrol and phone bill was higher too

Very pleased how my organisation is going!
On my cupboard door is meal plans for dinner and tea, and stock take, also what I bought yesterday. I have asked OH to write on it when he sees something low!
At the moment my food shop etc is the only way I can pay off the overdraft. Little bumpy will be here in approx 4 weeks. Though should relax a bit more as always thinking of saving money!
Weekly Spend- 24/10- 30/10 - £12 so far I will need to spend approx £4 until then on 2 mummy meet ups. I hate spending money but Ive got to see people outside of homes sometimes!0 -

At least its not just my OH then
I guess it is annoying that he earns only enough to pay rent and Bills! tbh he has no cards now as he was terrible at a £10 here etc. Why were in the overdraft!
The meal plan etc was tiring as was on my supermarket, googling and calculating best price but I guess it was my first week and can work on it as my stock increases! Though its great to have it written down.

Hi Mustnotspend
Great Name btw!! Oh not much younger than my 2nd, hes 21 months! Its a good plan though I totally understand the broodiness! Why Im on no3
Good Luck with your diary! I have found them great!0 -
Well nothing much to report today. I took children to a cafe/play place to meet a friend and even though I had to buy a drink I opted for a tea instead of a latte so saved 50p there, also childrens drinks are 10p each for cup with lids, amazing ! and a couple of bags of crisps as they are cheaper than other things so only spend £2.80 on a morning out! I would usually spend double that!
Meal plans are going well, oh took chicken wraps, yougurt and apple into work instead of speading £4 ish at local sandwich shop! We have had a lovely tea both nights and not gone out for anything. I even made chocolate sponge for the children today! Reminded myself to go get the salmon out of the freezer!
I hope im not boring anyone but it really helps me to focus on saving!0 -
