  • Hi Victoria - How are you? xx

Hi! Im ok thank you for thinking of me :)

Not been 100% again today and OH was at work so washed up, that was about it :o

Though my OH has been told he is shortlisted for a job in London for more than double pA what he is on now! The only thing is I dont want to move away but at the same time I need his support in the evenings!

Personally If he was to do contract work he would earn approx £300 a day so in 6 months we could live and save what he earns in a year ! I prob would be more happy with him working away as its the extra money. But its the risk but my gut feeling is the contract work. Sorry I am babbling!
I am popping over to your diary now x
  • Ok new day! Going to try not to worry about OH jobs!

Plan for today is to write a shopping list ready for tomorrow! I have a budget of £50 for the week!

Today is a NSD, even though I haven't left the house since friday my Oh has spent a bit of change from the pub. Im happy we havnt used our card but at the same time that extra could have gone on the credit card :( Though was things to help me get better aswell as easy tea as Ive not been up to cooking!

As I have started cooking from scratch I am freezing meat and forgetting to take it out of the freezer so I need to get organised.
  • It is pay day for the months food shopping tomorrow! I have been googling and come across Ecoegg! Why didnt I see this prior to buying my washing powder! If you read this go have a look!
My plan is to do a bulk buy of stock so looking at approved food and food bargains!
Need to make a meal plan

I would like to buy salmon to last at least 2 meals but I bought frozen last time and they were horrible. Would you say 1kg for £10 is good value? Its just if it last 2 meals, £5 per meal is ridiculous! Any Ideas?

Tesco does fresh whole side of salmon at the fish counter sometimes for £10. Not sure about the weight but sure it's more than 1kg. We usually get 3-4 meals out of that. A few proper fillets and oddly shapes for pasta or fish pie.
finally tea total but in still in (more) debt (Oct 25 CC £1800, loan £6453, mortgage £59,924/158,000)

Thank You! I've seen tesco have it on offer at the moment! But couldn't work out how long it would last unless saw it! I would freeze some of it too! :)

  • Hi Homemadehappiness!

We have quite a lot to sell on ebay! I have found a few other thinks that dont really make sense to me but seem good for him as he works in IT! Are you looking for the same thing?x
  • Im just wanting a little extra income that is specifically for the debts rather than what gets chucked into the bills if that makes sense, i even considered seeing if i could get a cleaning job or something for say 6 hours a week but i already work full time and have my bubs at home. just want this debt gone and feeling a little restless! xx
