Udate on my Sky problem; on investigating further it appears that the sky boxes weren't connected to the phone line! I connected everything up and surprise surprise everything works fine! Note to self: Check every thing thoroughly before making an idiot of yourself! Doh! Seriously though, thanks for everything.:o0
