Cheaper stamps over Christmas for those in receipt of certain benefits.

What is the offer?
Customers who are receiving Pension Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Incapacity Benefit or Unemployability Supplement, can purchase up to 36 stamps in book format at the Christmas 2011 prices. The stamps can be:
Who is eligible for the offer?
If you are in receipt of Pension Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Incapacity Benefit or Unemployability Supplement, then you are eligible for this offer.
How do I take up the offer?
Voucher leaflets are being delivered to all residential addresses between 8 and 18 October.
When you have your voucher you will need to complete it and bring it with you to a Post Office® branch along with proof that you receive the relevant benefits.

How do housebound people take up this offer?
If you are unable to get to a Post Office® yourself, then someone else can collect your stamps for you. They must present the voucher form completed and signed by you, along with your proofs of receipt of the relevant benefits.
When is the offer available?
The stamps can be purchased from the 6 November until Christmas Eve (24 December).
I haven’t received a voucher – how can I get one?
The voucher leaflets are being delivered to all residential addresses between the 8 and the 18 October.
There are more than two eligible people in my house – how do I get another voucher?
You can request additional vouchers by completing our request form and we will send you a voucher in the post.
Alternatively you can call Royal Mail Customer Services on 08456 016 248.
The last date when vouchers can be ordered is the 18 December.
