Possibly Child Tax Credits and Working Tax Credits. That would mean Im eligible

If you are on Attendance Allowance does this qualify for the cheaper stamps

I have logged a complaint with Royal Mail. The guy I spoke to says its the Royal Mail Board who have decided on the promotion and may be up for reviewing it within the next few weeks as they have had a lot of complaints from people on various benefits.
