I left my Branson Brand internet package about 5 months ago as they were getting too expensive.
However the nice bearded gentleman is continuing to forward e-mails to me that are sent to my old address at beardymedia.com
Is this standard practice, even although I no longer have an account or have they just forgot to close my e-mail addresses down ?

bump, thinking of leaving virgin and wondering if my blueyonder email will die immediate0

Are you picking the emails up on Outlook or some other mail software? If they are just delete the old Virgin accounts to stop the email being collected.0

Thanks for that Stooby2.
What I was wondering is how long will they keep sending the e-mails on to me.
Nice service if it continues, costing me nothing. :j

IIRC VM do disable the old email accounts eventually, but it varies in how long it takes them to do it.0
