    Christmas Day depends on the hotels feast :D

    Boxing Day either diving or sunbathing on the beach followed by a nice fish dish

    Sorry that wasn't helpful at all but it is fabulous being 'away' from all the stress :p

    pinkypig, that sounds amazing, im going to make this but maybe have crumble as the topping.......

    xmas eve... chinese takeaway

    xmas day bfast ....chocolate !!!! i will be working from 7am till 10am as im a carer

    dinner... im cooking for between 9 and 14
    turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing, roasties, cauliflower cheese, parsnips in honey,peas and sweetcorn

    tea .. left over chinese and more chocolate !!!

    boxing day.... hopefully someones cooking for me !

    new years eve..... we are having a BBQ in the garden, did this a couple of years ago and it was fantastic, popped the gazebo up, rigged up some lighting near the bbq and had honey and mustard pork loin and i had a huge tin of roast potatos, we had a roaring fire to keep us warm in the garden bin and we toasted marshmallows, saved my jars and painted them and popped tea lights in them and they lit up the garden so pretty, at midnight we let off some chinese laterns in memory of departed loved ones and had some sparklers

    Breakfast - Bucks Fizz, bacon sandwich,

    Lunch 1/1.30
    Starter - Poached pear, walnut and roquefort salad and melon in port (mum and DD)

    Main -
    Crown Turkey
    Beef
    Roast Potatoes
    Sausages in bacon
    Carrots - cooked in white wine and orange juice
    Brussel sprout, peas, normal carrots (mum, dad, dd)
    Bread sauce (mum)
    Pickled onions (me)
    Brown Sauce (me)
    Gravy (mum, DD, and dad)

    Christmas Pud with brandy sauce

    tea- 6pm
    Salad, baguettes
    Trifle

    Boxing Day

    Breakfast - Fry up

    Lunch

    Starter - breaded camabert or potted stilton (find the recipie!!)

    Main - Same as xmas day, Xmas pud and brandy sauce

    Tea - salad, baugettes
    Trifle
