Well done - that's two of us. When do Asda update their prices? wondering whether to chance cheese again in the morning. If it doesn't work, it doesnt work. (said with a "french" shrug of the shoulders):rotfl:Tiger

Does anyone know an email address for Asda APG please. I carefully selected my items (and had a very similar shopping earlier this week worked fine) and it did not work properly. I just want to complain.0

So good to see you post, I hope your Dad is comfortable xxxx
Thanks sweetheart, hope you are ok too? xxxWelcome back Budgie
So happy to see your post this evening. Big hugs to you.
Hoping that the treatment goes well for your dad.
Please don't stay away too long as we have missed you
Michjay xx
Thanks Michjay and also for your pm too.xxx
Good evening to any of the night shift still about
I can confirm that the two FryLight I bought yesterday (Sunday) for £1.50 each but using 2 x 50p moc's, comapred to 75p each (2 for £1.50) at Asda on my PP received this evening :j :j
I got a callback from Tosco today too, after I rang them to complain that my local W!sbech had stated on Friday that they are only taking one coupon per item purchased which ruined my planned spend for a £5 voucher, and they too confirmed that the store was right, they can only accept one coupon per item bought, otherwise they will not get the money back for the multiple coupons if they accept them. He said, no difference between 'per purchase' and 'per transaction'
I will add that I went to my other local at M$rch on Saturday and they accepted multiple coupons with no problem whatsoever, and I used multiple couponss at Wisbech on Sunday too, just to checkand I had no problem
Dont you just love Tossco :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Optimistic - I am puzzle as to why you filled the dishwasher when you went for a bathSurely it would have been better to fill the bath
However, I do echo your thought about the return of Budgie. Good to see you posting again hun and glad your Dad is getting the treatment I hope will help him (((hugs)))
I didn't make any notes while I was catching up but did notice lots of posts about children not settling at uni or having problems at school. Hoping this all gets sorted for you all
Thanks 3dogs and sorry to hear about all the trauma your Mum has had, glad she is settled now but you are so right if you are old and needing care, it must be dreadful if you have no family etc to look out for you. Big hugs (()) xxx
Hi to Tweets too, your quote got lost but hope you are ok? xxx
Well I have only skimmed I am afraid, so apologies if I have missed something? But Happy Birthday to Ginstar :bdaycake:hope you have had a lovely day. xxx
Well some good news, went to see Dad earlier and he looked in good spirits. He had been given "Stickers" yesterday which the nurse put on his card for "Good Behaviour"? But it cheered him up so that was nice.Dad says they don't give them out often. to be honest I have never heard of these.
Well I have also joined a tarot class and I start next week, Halloween, hope I don't scare myself though. But I have wanted to join it for a while but it was at 5pm so couldn't do it due to working. It will be good to do something different and to meet some new people.
So I do hope everyone else is ok, though I have skimmed through and seen this A E business. I just don't get why people would want to do this? It seems very strange to Budgie, Its like me signing up as "Beaky" and having a row with myself.
For the avoidance of doubt if a "Beaky" does appear it will not be Budgie.
Still its nice that it all seems calm again now and the Elite thread is back to how it should be.
Dallas now I am afraid, so take care Elite and be lucky.
Budgie xxxCherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home

I will have to take the risk in the morning too, not sure when they check the price but the longer the better.

I'm pretty sure it is against credit card T&Cs and may even breach money laundering laws (I dont know for sure but have seen that discussed elsewhere)
My paranoid nature means I would steer well clear of that
I'd do it on a cash receipt in a heartbeat.
And before [STRIKE]anyone [/STRIKE] one particular user starts, that doesn't make me a hypcrite by the way. It just shows I prefer to do things that are not trackable and would not result in a change to policy that would make things harder for people in the futureApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0
