I'm not one to leave things alone. You should contact customer services.. phone number to be found on page one of this thread and various kind people have posted it too.
I will also ask for a letter or email and print it out to show the SA's as I'm quite fed up of the waiting times when shopping - its highly inconvenient. All this faffing around.
I'm really really tired. Have taken my antibiotics. Must admit, they work fast. Swelling of face has gone down.. so all good. Might try a shop in my lunch hour tomorrow. If I do, I will post results.
I don't need any more cheese though. So it could prove a chalenge.0 -

Would loved to have seen Trout's face. I used a Kleenex shine wipe voucher there on Saturday. The shine wipes were £2.99 but voucher scanned £1.49...CS staff initially said there was nothing they could do as voucher value didn't mean anything  the scanned value was the correct value..Eventually,after calling the manager, they gave me £1.50 back. The staff so need retraining there.Born to glitch0 -

This was a while back, when Tesco took coupons and you did not have to buy the product. Even though they did say they did not get many coupons in that particular store.
I did one shop and my son did another shop, so I complained when I got home. I thought I would raise my profile if I made a fuss at the time. Maybe because he was about twelve, that they did not like him using coupons, I am not sure.
I just got the one cheese from an Asda shop yesterday. My son had a look in Five ways but none was to be seen. Never mind, you can't win them all.
Get well soon, with your swelling, I will keep you in my prayers xxx0 -

We had DD first and learnt the hard way with tantrums and mum not alive
to guide me. So, when DS came along we were ready or so we thought
We learnt pretty quickly that as long as they are safe wherever they are
having the tantrum just walk on and do whatever you are doing until they
calm down and then deal with issue etc - worked a treat eventually :rotfl:
Enjoy - they grow up so quick.Bananababe wrote: »he is 3 thats a real age for exerting personality and pushing boundaries. especially with new sibling in the home. He will grow out of it but it will take the year and a lot of patience !!!I don't feel bad about him being sent to bed early and learning about consequences etc but OH was practically crying himself and feeling sorry for DS.. He is the soppy one in our relationship and I'm the stern and strict one :rotfl:
