You were right not to raise your profile instore.. My advice.. remain calm, polite and report the hell out of them when you get home. You should have heard my convo today with the CS guy on phone.
I don't usually make that much noise in store, even though I try my best to get my coupons accepted. I usually make a lot more noise when I get home and call Head Office!
