well I don't know what was going on with the problem receipt but It's now sorted....and not through CS:mad:. The lady I spoke to was absolutely adamant that details couldn't be entered until the next day!!! and that I was trying too early. She was having none of the 3 hour thing at all. She said she doesn't know why the website says 3 hours, but it shouldn't and I need to wait until tomorrow:mad::mad:.mI had to give up at that point because I knew I was going to get nowhere with her.

So...I uninstalled the iPad app and re-installed and it worked! Then I went to PC to print it out and got the same message as before, not recognised. I had to get my son to input it again for me just to check I wasn't going mad! but he got the same. He has now 'cleaned up' the PC, restarted it and it finally worked. Don't know what was going on with it but it's sorted now. Thanks to all who replied.

What about CS not even knowing you can check receipts after 3 hours? Pretty bad I think

Ha ha me too 5'1" - us shorties need to stick together. Hate those high shelves - can often be seen standing on bottom shelf if there's a gap and clinging grimly with one hand whislt swiping for top shelf - no chance if front facing items gone! Then its the hunt for the obligatory tall person or employee..... Well done you :T

I totally reached the back of the top shelf by standing on the bottom shelf - but it was a smaller set of shelving against the side wall - so I guess thats how I reached - if it was the main aisle there was no chance ! checked it out too and it'll work fine!

Same here. Seeing that others have had their vouchers back even though they must have posted theirs after me I was getting a bit concerned:( Phoned today and was told that they had my vouchers but they had a large backlog of vouchers and products to send out. Told that if I had heard nothing by the beginning of next week to phone back. Hope I get my promised vouchers and not products:cool:

Nice work! I was going to ask if you had any luck getting any. Not even sainsburys or Asda stock them! I've never visited Plymouth tescos, I'm more of an Exeter gal ;) think a trip to Plymouth is on the cards, 8th November (free Ojon products that day from Boots :D) fancy a MSE meet P and Rhett?!

The Plymouth stores are better than Exeter. I was in there on Friday and it was dire! John Lewis was fab though :D
Ive had some good electrical bargains in Roborough and that's where I found the cheap perfumes. They have a really big "upstairs section " there but a smaller groceries section than Newton even though it's an extra and N A is a superstore. I usually try to combine the two main Plymouth stores, (Transit Way is quite small) but didn't have time today.
Don't know what Ojon is.....probably wasted on me anyway :rotfl:
Rhett messaged me from N Abbot earlier, still no cheese :(
We three must be the only people in the country not to have any :(:(

A meet up would be lovely :T
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

    Ninth Anniversary
Just home from work. Had a fire evacuation this afternoon - freezing outside for over an hour :( and missed lurking.

But I came home to 2 nice surprises. A Sainsbury £25 card from changing to Infinity and another Sainbury's card for £10 from Valued Opinions.:D

Off to make tea and catch up.:)
Smile :) and hopefully the world will smile back

    Just got back from T's.
No cheese as the SEL was £1 but they did offer me a price promise for 4 packs.
The SA told me it's on offer at that price until the 22nd...so hopefully they will keep restocking the shelves

I'd like to apologise for my earlier post where I said the thread was full of crooks trolls and loonies.
I didn't for one minute mean the vast majority of the lovely people on here, and I'm sorry to those who thought I did.

I'm taking myself off to bed now as I've a hospital appt in the morning.
    Night all

That's ok, all is forgiven.. And i'm so glad that the cheese is staying that price till 22nd... I'm going to have to get a spare freezer at this rate. This morning, at fiveways tesco in Brum, I got five packs and the assistant called the till manager to tell her that the cheese was still going through at 1.00 whilst still scanning my cheese. She (till manager) came and rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and just said, oh well, there is nothing I can do about it.. .there is a problem with the computer system.

    Haha.

I danced out of that Tescos singing , (to the tune of Greace - I got cheese, its multiplying, and I'm losing control, for the power its supplying, its electrifying!
