OK, which one of you is going to admit going to my small T last yesterday afternoon - I know its one of you :rotfl:I was in there about 2 yesterday and I left myself a few Reloaded on the shelf but it was bare this afternoon  Next time I am going to hide them somewhere only I can find them!

So that mucked my list up as I had to get extra items to make up my "at least 8" and one of the nice till girls was working as well. I only had one beans MOC left as well so the TPP I get back tommorow (or sometime between now and Christmas) will be pitiful

On the plus side I found some Simoniz sponges for 60p to go with the waxes and polish I got yesterday, also 60p

I also got an interesting till spit £1.50 wys £6 on diary - this will go nicely with the £40 shop. More cheese I think, there was a good BOGOF cheese last week - unlikely to find the £1 cheese

Forgot to say I got a small DTD on the lenor 42 wash in Summer Breeze (yellow) SEL and big end of aisle promotion said £2 but I was charged £3.37 and didnt notice until I got home.
Phone call to CS and a £5 gift card on it's way. This is in addition to the £5 gift card I got in store, when the till roll jammed and I didn't get my £5 off £40.....I wish it would jam more often ;):D
I'd used two coupons on it too :T
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

if i remember rightly, there was a big fuss about 4p items either the end of last year or beginning of this year...as regards whether shops are allowed to sell the items or not (obviously the stores saying not!).....

again, if i remember correctly, one response from Ts was that the 4p stuff was given to charity - not sld to the public or staff.

tbh, I find it a bit bizarre ranting about not being allowed to buy 1p stuff...I'm grateful for all the glitches that various shops provide us with, plus whoopsies. Its a 'nice to have' at the end of the day, not a right to be sold something thats 1p, unless its marked up at that price.

Couponqueen, if you donate all your 1p finds (which is great), but are unable to now buy them, is there another way you could provide for a charity? Do you have spare time to volunteer or donate the savings you make in shopping to a charity?

I wouldnt want any store to be giving out of date food to a homeless shelter, but if the response that someone got earlier from ts is that non perishable items are given, then surely thats a good thing?

my point was that they need a clear policy not its up to the staff , im not moning they would sell to me just that if its going in the compounder/insinurater:eek::eek: then surly its better we or a charity have it

i do lots for charity , volunteer in a charity shop and i donate regular and raise money where i can
cant think of any other things to do can you ?? if you can please help me:T i love helping others and have lots of spare time

    many thanks

Following my powercut this morning, my son informed me that the school bus couldnt get into the village and he had an exam at 9 oclock!!
After racing around like a loony I dropped him into school then decided as I was part of the way there I'd carry on towards Plymouth and go to the big Extra. No cheese, chokabloks full price, and no copier paper......

but I got 12 cans of reloaded,

    TDK DVD-R 25pk discs SEL £6.99 scanned at £1.99 bc 4161

Tesco own brand optical mouse model 109 bc 3676 SEL £4.99 scanned £1.24

Papermate flexigrip ultra 5pk Grey SEL around £4 scanned 50p bc 4980

And the same in blue scanned at 75p bc 4997

I did a coupon shop whilst there and spent £44.67 but paid £6.35 and should get a pp on the reloadeds :T

Then I went back in did a small shop of 8 items and got another 8 reloadeds in the cough mixture flavour.

That's it as far as the reloadeds go for me, this is the only store within a 40 mile radius that stocks them! :D

A heads up for the Plymothians......Roborough Store is getting the hand held scanners this week according to the SA in Lee Mill this morning. That means all three of the bigger stores in South Devon will have them :T:T

Nice work! I was going to ask if you had any luck getting any. Not even sainsburys or Asda stock them! I've never visited Plymouth tescos, I'm more of an Exeter gal ;) think a trip to Plymouth is on the cards, 8th November (free Ojon products that day from Boots :D) fancy a MSE meet P and Rhett?!

Have any TPPs come through today ... probally not. Off to have a look, some I re-entered as they seemed to be stuck from Saturday ....

Has anyone else had problems using the Kimberley Clark coupons?

I've tried 4 times now to buy 6 packs of andrex (£24 worth) along with other shopping and use 8 coupons (£24 worth), and every time I've been trouted saying I can only use 1 coupon per pack.

Tried SS and manned tills too :(

The t&cs do say only 1 per product purchased.
