I notice on FB photos there is an 'options' button which includes the option to download the photo. Is there any way to disable this or is it a case of just not uploading. I am careful that only 'friends' can see my piccies, but I didn't once think anyone would download them without mentioning it. Hmmm.

Thanks for listening!!! I feel better for ranting!!!

Once a photo is out there, it is out there

If it cant be downloaded they can still do a screen grab (as we sometimes do With MOCs)

Your only options are to block your "friend" or not post photos

  • Just read your post from last night 3Dogs. It reminds me of not long after my mum died. We were going along wonderfully for a few months then all of a sudden something happened. I can't remember what it was now, but we all ended up in a sobbing pile, my father, me and my little brother (my older brother left home before).

It takes time to get over the loss of a loved one, even now I am sitting here close to tears because I have been wishing my mum could have met my grandson! She died more than 30 years ago but there is still that gaping gap. It does get easier, but it never goes away.

I have no real advice for you, you have to cope with everything the best way for you, but maybe you have been doing too much and everything is finally catching up with you?

I only wish I could be there to give you a massive hug and let you cry on my shoulder, but have this in the meantime

I had an issue last week where the supervisior 'confiscated' my coupons all genuinely printed and took all my details, address name cc number etc. and basically told me I was a fraud.

Wasnt happy as you can assume.

So HO customer services got involved and then the business team.
WHY DID YOU GIVE THEM ?
I WOULD HAVE REFUSED AND TOLD THEM TO PHONE HEAD OFFICE STRAIGH AWAY (IV DONE THIS BEFORE WHEN THEY REFUSED TO TAKE COUPONS I KNOW THEY TAKE INSTORE

WHAT RIGHT DO THEY HAVE TO TAKE THEM NONE ?

Waiting for my Mum to come round to discuss what to do about DD. I am at wits end now regarding her tidying her bedroom, it's gone on for 12 months:mad: I'm tempted to photograph it and post it on her facebook:D(joke)

Before i go Ditzy i had this problem with my DS and i solved it eventually. I put everything that was on the floor into a black bin bag while he was school and put the bag in the wheelie bin. ;):D

When he came home he asked where his stuff was and went and got it out out of the bin :rotfl:

This went on for months til eventually his room started to look a tad tidier . :D
