No I do not have power of attorney. Yes I think you are right about the inheritance thing as Mum's gas bill was £166.00 per month last winter as the house has old metal windows. I have been trying for 2 years to get them replaced with the help of a low cost council loan and have finally managed to persuade my brothers and sisters to let her do it. Trouble is my family is Italian / Irish and sons are all that matter. My oldest brother even said he though it a waste of money as it won't add value to the house. No though for his 86 year old mother who is living in a wind tunnel.0 -
