    Morning diaryland :)

Hi Happy- thanks I need to remember all the positive things about Nov.

All the small things count at the moment so I am just concentrating on not spending anything unnecessary.

Food today- weetabix taken to work to have a later breakfast to stop snacking (I bought a large milk for work last week so I don't feel bad about milk usage) soup from stores for lunch and dinner at my mums.

I will drink free water from the office and work very hard today.

Need to liaise with siblings over my mums and stepdads presents this evening. Also need to tick off my Xmas list!

Hubby is home today so I am hoping he will photograph the bikes and make some leek and potato soup.!

    Have a great day everyone

    Hi Happy-

I think we are on track. Mum is getting her rocking chair and stepdad is getting his sighter (?) for his rifle and a new top. Then between them we are thinking of getting a canvas print for their newly decorated bedroom :D

Today hubby has been productive. He has made portions of leek and potato bake, leek and potato soup, and tomato soup. Sorted out a few lunches :D

Had a great day at work which was very productive and it was an NSD :j

Off to finish my last bit of carrot cake :p while watching Masterchef Australia...........

  • Bagpuss- I really disliked Deb! She was always bloody moaning! I like Ben, Andy and Kylie :D

Kaz- hubby says- par boil potatoes and sliced leek. Then slice up potato and layer in a dish with the leek (we add things like mushrooms and onion that we need to use up) cover with cheese sauce and bake for about 20 mins. Tis delicious!!! Gorgeous for my lunch today :D

Happy- well done on your presents. I was going to buy my cards but on my 101 things to do list I put down to make Xmas cards. (My list has to end may 2013) so I really want to cross it of my list! So have to do it this year!

On the subject of my 101 things to do in 1001 days list....

I have been looking at my list today- I have done 63 things at the mo so quite a way to go in 6 months! I have made a plan to crack on with some of the things! My goal is to get a minimum of 80 things done! There is one thing I can do tomorrow so I may get on with that.

Had a great day. My 3 months at work mark today! And still loving it. Need to sort out my permanent contract now :D

Lunch was hubby's bake from yesterday and dinner was pasta with spinach and ricotta which was the left over filling from my starter on Saturday. So very MSE. Another NSD too :D

    Morning diary folks

On the bus on my way to work.....

Nothing too grand happening today. May pop in to see my BFF for a cup of tea after work.

Food-weetabix at work for breakie, !hm soup for lunch, lasagne for dinner to use up the mince in the fridge!

Start to create my next 101 things to do list today so I can add things to it over the next few months as I think of them.!

NSD today I hope. Haven't spent anything since Sunday. Hubby needs to get the kids yogurts today but that's it I think!!

Need to do a meal plan. That is my aim for tonight!!

    Have a lovely day everyone!

  • Your organisational skills are amazing lovely! You certainly put me to shame given I have no children (although a ridiculously crazy dog!), work from home most days and only have a small two bed house to look after as well as hubby. I'm still nowhere near as organised as you, never plan meals properly, sort house or sometimes even get myself dressed... *she writes as sat in pjs*....you're amazing in my eyes given you hold down a full time job too!!!

Well done on sorting Christmas without the cards etc - means start of 2013 will be a pretty one for you guys

    Morning my lovelies.....

Thanks Choc- we are trying to be organised- doesn't always go to plan though!!

Will be a good day today. 7 hours day at work with lots of interesting jobs planned. Then home with the kids as no swimming after school. I think I will plan to carry on with the photo books I am designing for Xmas.!

Then tonight I am watching the new twilight with SIL :-) excited!!!!!

So there will be a small spend there.!

Yesterday I spent a small amount as I bought hubby and Is Advent calendars :D Percy pigs ones from M&S with white chocolate and dried raspberries!

I was very shifty yesterday. I did something on my 101 list- put an inspirational note in a book for somebody to find! I wrote a note about happiness and add a couple of quotes and I slid it in a book in WH Smith. I reckon I looked so dodgy doing it! Haha.!

    Thats 64 things done!!

Right not much else to report. Asked Hubby how much money he has left. He has £40 which will get us through to his payday tomorrow. We have meals now planned until the 16th of December with very little to buy.!

Right time to get off the bus!!
