Your sweep is correct ! the fewer bends the better
You dont want anything more than 4 x 45 deg bends, any more and you wouldnt comply with Part J !

So I guess the 'adjustable' one would be most preferable. Actually, most preferably would be an installer signing it off 30mm from the back wall!0
