really yummy venison casserole with fried pears, roast parsnips, squash and beetroot for dinner

- I have had a lovely day catching up with my old colleagues
- The beetroot seed cake (a Nigel Slater recipe) was exceedingly good :drool:
- I am enjoying sitting in my clean + tidy conservatory - drinking tea, watching chickens and catching up on diaries :cool:
- 3 eggs today (Miss B, Miss D and Miss H)

I do have some financial news :rotfl:
Mr MWC sold some shares yesterdayApprox. £12,000-worth (need to wait for the cheque to arrive from the US for the actual amount) - all profit :T
Not 100% sure what we are going to do with the money yet but he didn't want all his eggs in one basket (still has lot of these shares left to sell). Some will be used to fill a 2013 ISA, some will be used for home improvements, he wants a new computer (:mad:) but he has said that whatever is left can be used to OP the mortgage
