    3 eggs today - Miss M, Miss B and Miss H

    Fish burgers with spicy lime mayo and Moscow mules for dinner (recipe from Olive magazine years ago - cod fillets marinated in a paste made from fresh coriander, paprika, ground cumin, red chilli, lime zest and olive oil, fried and served in crusty rolls with the spicy lime mayo, sliced red onion and more coriander leaves)

    She was also the only newbie to come out of the coop by herself this morning - the other 2 needed a helping hand :)
