I can't believe it's 9 o'clock and I've only just sat down...
I had a health check at work today, since the last one (in May 2013):
* I've lost 18.4 kg
* my BMI has reduced by 6
* my metabolic age has decreased by 10 years (but is still older than I am)
:j :j :j
Blood pressure and cholesterol are still in normal range
In other exciting news, I filled the car up with petrol at <£1/litre today :T

5/6 of mine are first year hybrids and the sixth has really upped her game since the newbies arrival
I got mine about 3 years about ago and they were at POL. 3 rhode island reds and 3 suffolk whites (aka noisy b*ggers - ahem, I mean chatty). I've also got a little bantam that I've had for 4 years who became broody about a month ago and hasn't laid since. Mine do seem to go into moult at this time of year too, which isn't helping.

The health check is excellent. Please share your secrets. My bmi has hovered annoyingly just on the wrong side of normal for years and I would love to shove it down just by a couple of points and be 'normal' again! But my chub seems to be glued on, and if ever displaced, it just comes back again like an uninvited guest.....Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -
