I went to chub club this morning... +1 lb since I last weighed-in a fortnight ago
but not too bad considering all the cake I've eaten... I will have lost 20% of my starting weight if I lose another 7 lbs and there are 5 more weigh-ins before our holiday so that's my target, 7 lbs in 5 weeks - should be do-able if I follow the plan
Little Miss Hattie is quickly becoming my favourite chickenShe is light as a feather, bottom of the pecking order and has a squawk like a squeaky dog toy :rotfl: She also ate out of my hand this morning :j

muddy - there is no reason why MrMWC should know the answer to this question.... but does he happen to know if the rugby world cup is going to be broadcast on terrestrial channels - especially the 'home' nations games? Or have the satellite stations got the monopoly? Just noticed when the dates are for various matches, and I know that we would probably only have access to terrestrial TV (we don't have satellite here anyway - and have no intention of subscribing....). But we like to whoop and holler our support - just wondering if we will be able to?

I need to leave the house at 10:30 tomorrow for an overnight business trip to Edinburgh. Obviously, I've not packed yet :rotfl: but I have ironed some clothes for tomorrow, Monday and, as I'll be tired, for work on Tuesday. That's quite organised for me! Whilst ironing, I had a sort through my wardrobe...
* my little black Liz Claiborne dress first (& last) worn in the late 90s fits :T Not sure that I'll ever wear it again though as (a) it is a little dated and (b) it accentuates my scraggy neck
* a BNWT Laura Ashley mulberry & gold silk dress (reduced from £125 to £37) is way too big - not so much of a bargain now!
* the next size down jeans (US 12 curvy) fit :j and I didn't even have to lie on the bed to do them up :rotfl: although there is some muffin top
Eggs IN 5 :T Miss Hattie was the exception

Hey mwc - I hope your travels are joyous - bit rough having to give up your Sunday though. Hope you get toil or something in recompense. For the love of the organisation is stretching it a bit far........
Anyway, saw a link on Heidi's blog and the first photograph made me think of you. Have you room for Quail????
