Miss LRH is looking particularly beautiful. She's got a lovely sheen to her feathers
Hope you're feeling better today. You may just have motivated me to make a Christmas cake :T

And she's finally growing replacement feathers in the areas where the late Miss MWC used to peck her :T
Snotty, chesty cough and occasional bouts of sneezing
Hands are red raw from frequent washing with anti-bacterial handwash...
1 x medium + 8 x individual Christmas puddings steaming in the oven

Fabby pics MWC, love your little nesting buddies!
Re: egg hiding ... our Dora forsakes the nesting boxes and heads straight to an old plant in a big old planter, which is partially hidden by the rampant passion flower. She seems to be the only one who can fit in there and is more than happy to call this her own. Worth keeping an eye out for little spots like that?
Hope you're feeling a little better. As Goldie says there's lots going around, especially in schools so if your new fella (workwise, I mean) has children then you're all going to be vulnerable. Mr. Hbbb has brought something home with him almost every week since he went back to school in September ... he's currently asleep on the sofa again. Do everything you can to boost the old immune system, garlic is good!
Envious of your squash stash ... I love squashes but my crop has failed for two years running.
You're well ahead on the Xmas bakes stakes ... half term week is when I roll my sleeves up for that job. Bet your house is smelling lovely with that lot in the oven! I just hope you're not too snotty to enjoy the fragrance of your efforts.
Take care hunny. xStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

:hello: Hello Miss LRH :hello:. What a looker she is :T.
If I had the urge to make Xmas puds I wouldn't do it with a bunged up nose - too greedy to miss the smells :rotfl:. Hope you're feeling better.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Love the chooks photos!
Hope cold improves quicklyMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -
Eggs IN 5
Eggs OUT 4
Christmas puds are out of the oven - I can't smell a thing
Miss Beryl started a mega-moult yesterday Hbbb (probably explains the lack of eggs), at the current rate of feather loss I predict that she will be bald tomorrow evening!
Mr MWC phoned from Portugal - it's raining and he is suffering from sleep deprivation and a hangover...Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

I'm just glad he isn't spending our money Goldie... and I hope that he hasn't got so drunk that he's told his work colleagues about the new job...
Plan for today:
Get dressed
Clip box balls (10)
Pick last of the tomatoes and pull up plants
Slow-roast tomatoes
Laundry
5 bags (+ 3 bags that have been in the boot of my car since the last cull) of clothes to the charity clothing bin
Quick trip to Sainsburys to use a few bonus point vouchers before they expire
Clean the chicken coop
But first another cup of tea and some drugs!Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
Mortgage-free: January 2021

7 box balls clipped, 4 left to do (I mis-counted 11 not 10) - a couple are a bit squiffy but never mind they'll grow back! I've stopped for a coffee and I'll do the last 4 before lunch
Bedding and towels washed and pegged out but it's not as sunny as I thought it would be (and there's no wind) so I doubt they'll dry...Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
Mortgage-free: January 2021

Is a box ball a hedge-type thing?0
